One year ago next month i started this blog, in that time my children have grown and changed in amazing ways. Memories are recorded over and over again and to lose the blog would be devastating.

Weight Loss
Like many people im needing to lose a couple of leftover pregnancy pounds, i have worked my way through diet after diet and im still around 30lbs away from my goal.
I have recently discovered this wonderful looking weight loss program known as the Magnetic Diet.
Calling it a diet does not seem to cover all basis, it appears to focus on using the correct combinations of food to not just improve your weight but also general health and well being.

Poor Credit?
When my husband and i first moved into our first home we were both working and bringing in a decent income, we purchased alot of items on credit which at the time was completely affordable.
Things changed when i fell pregnant and decided to become a stay at home mum, much at the same time DH had to cut down his work hours to deal with his studies. Most months we struggled to make repayments and were having to decided between paying essential bills and non essential.
Finally after much discussion we felt our options came down to selling our home or taking a secured loan to consolidate our debts .
The secured loan seemed like the best option but we honestly had no idea about the journey we were setting on . Looking at our income piece by piece it was not that bad , it was made up for Part-Time wages, Child/Working Tax Credits, Child Benefit and Various Student benefits including Loans . We quickly found that every place we contacted would only take in to account Part-Time wages which reduced our income by about a 1/4.
How i wish i came across these bad credit mortgages at the time, they offer wonderful services including re-mortgaging and the option that would of really helped at the time a section about Part-Time wages and tax credits.
If at some point in the near future we find ourself needing money help Berkley Vittoria will definitely be my first stop.
